He will turn the hearts of the fathers...

He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; malachi 4:6

“Anoint your children with oil and lastly anoint your wife”
That’s what the pastor said to my father last night.
I believe that he was sent by God in the right time to give the right word to the right family in the right place…he just
‘Popped out’ of nowhere and delivered the Word of God..

As my father touched my forehead with oil, I cried together with my sisters because the Lord reminded me that He has not forsaken us and has heard our prayers…

Few months back while praying the Lord inspired in my heart this verse, psalm 133

1[a]BEHOLD, HOW good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! 2It is like the precious ointment poured on the head, that ran down on the beard, even the beard of Aaron [the first high priest], that came down upon the collar and skirts of his garments [consecrating the whole body].(A) 3It is like the dew of [lofty] Mount Hermon and the dew that comes on the hills of Zion; for there the Lord has commanded the blessing, even life forevermore [upon the high and the lowly].

there the Lord spoke in my heart that my parents has to take that ‘step’ … to break that past hurts, past failures, past mistakes, all the regrets and shame in order for us their children to be blessed especially for our next generation..so I prayed that it’ll come to pass

Last night the pastor mentioned that my family need to be UNITED (not Manchester united..hehhee)
notice verse one…unity brings blessings.. the ointment was poured on the HEAD! fathers are the head of the family. it ran down on the beard, we are the beard. and it continue down upon the collar and skirts of his garments…that is for the next generation…

The Lord used this situation, especially my mum’s sickness (cervical cancer stage 4) to reunite my family…we’ve been praying for 6years! and now the Lord is doing what He has in His heart. restoration and healing.

as a Christian, a believer, I believe that families is important no matter how broken your family is..you ought to uphold your parents in prayer, no matter how ‘ugly’ they are in the eyes of men. restoration and healing is possible! yes of course, there's a price you need to pay but read psalm 133:3

when my father anointed me thru the authority of a father that God bestowed upon him. never did I felt like this before, secured, complete, assured, covered and loved…

if you reached to this point and you’re living in a broken family or your parents are separated.. remember that malachi 4: 6 is possible… God bless!
